These Terms & Conditions define the rules for concluding and performing sales contracts between the Seller and the Client.

§2. Scope of Application

  1. These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales contracts concluded via the Seller’s website or by distance communication.
  2. By placing an order, the Client confirms that they have read and accept these Terms & Conditions.

§3. Nature of Products

  1. The Seller offers:
    • standard, prefabricated products, and
    • custom-made products created to individual order.
  2. Custom-made products are manufactured according to the Client’s measurements, specifications, material selections, and arrangements confirmed during the consultation and ordering process.
  3. Due to their individualized nature, custom-made products are not subject to resale.

§4. Prices and Orders

  1. Prices are provided individually or listed on the website and are binding once the order is confirmed.
  2. An order becomes binding upon confirmation by the Seller and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

§5. Right of Withdrawal and Complaints

  1. Rules concerning the right of withdrawal, returns, exclusions, colour perception, and complaints are governed exclusively by the Returns & Complaints Policy, which constitutes an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
  2. The Client is required to familiarize themselves with the Returns & Complaints Policy prior to placing an order.

§6. Liability

  1. The Seller is liable for the conformity of the product with the agreed specification.
  2. Characteristics inherent to handmade production, traditional techniques, or natural material properties shall not be considered defects.

§7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland, with mandatory provisions of European Union consumer law remaining unaffected.

§8. Final Provisions

  1. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions for future orders.
  2. The version in force at the time of placing the order shall apply.
  3. In matters not regulated herein, applicable provisions of Polish and EU law shall apply.
