Roman legionary shield early to a mid-imperial era I cent. BC – III century AD.

- Edges finished: raw leather
- Hole for hand: 14 cm. The central horizontal handle is made of strong wood, preferably oak, as experiments suggest strong pressures will be put on this part.
- Umbo: metal boss made from a 1,5 mm thick steel sheet, made by our contractors. Can be attached separately or placed on the spot.
- Surface: glued linen covered with hand-painted ornaments.
- Paint: acrylic. YOUR DESIGN.
- Weight: around 7.5 kg
