Shipping & Customs

At Fabrica Cacti, every item is crafted with care in our workshop in Poland. 

Once your order is completed and carefully inspected, we prepare it for safe international shipment.

Because most of our products are made to order, shipping time depends on the production timeline discussed with you individually.

Processing & Dispatch

When your item is ready:

  • You will receive confirmation that your order is complete.

  • We carefully pack the product to ensure maximum protection during transit.

  • You will receive tracking information once the parcel is dispatched.

We ship worldwide.

Shipping costs are calculated individually depending on:

  • destination country

  • parcel size and weight

  • type of product (armor, footwear, shields, wooden constructions, etc.)

For larger or unusual items (such as shields or artillery reconstructions), shipping may require custom packaging solutions, which we always discuss with you in advance.

International Shipping

All orders are shipped from Poland, European Union.

For customers within the EU:

  • There are no customs duties.

  • VAT is handled according to EU regulations.

For customers outside the EU:

  • Your order may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations.

  • These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

  • The buyer is responsible for any customs charges upon delivery.

We always provide proper documentation and accurate product descriptions to ensure smooth customs clearance.

Customs & Import Regulations

Some products – particularly those related to armor or historical weaponry – may be classified differently depending on your country’s regulations.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the ordered items are legal to import in their destination country.

If you are unsure, we strongly recommend checking local import regulations before placing an order.

We are happy to assist with documentation whenever possible.

Packaging & Protection

We understand that many of our products are significant investments.

That is why:

  • Armor components are wrapped and secured individually.

  • Shields are reinforced for safe transit.

  • Wooden constructions are packaged to prevent structural stress.

  • Leather goods are protected from moisture during shipping.

We pack every item the way we would want to receive it ourselves.

Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on:

  • destination country

  • shipping carrier

  • customs processing (for non-EU orders)

Typical transit times:

  • EU: 3–7 business days

  • Europe (non-EU): 5–10 business days

  • Worldwide: 7–21 business days

Please note that customs clearance may extend delivery time beyond our control.

Damaged Parcels

In the rare event that your parcel arrives visibly damaged:

  • Please photograph the package before opening.

  • Document any damage to the contents.

  • Contact us immediately.

We will work with you and the shipping provider to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
